Founder & CEO
Piyush Kunnapallil
Piyush founded NVF Holdings in February 2021 and leads all M&A and deal-making activity. He currently serves as President & CEO of ModernWorks Inc. and as a Board Director at FSN Safety Training. Prior to NVF, Piyush was President & CEO of Ti Foods, a private-equity-backed food distributor, and before that spent a decade at Samsung Electronics — eight years leading the TV business and two years heading consumer electronics e-commerce. He brings 18+ years of experience building and managing multi-million dollar businesses, with deep expertise in B2B distribution, e-commerce, and P&L leadership. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and has lived and worked across five countries.
Legal Counsel
Andrew Chudnovsky
Andrew Chudnovsky serves as NVF Holdings’ transaction counsel. His practice centres on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and succession planning, and he advises both buyers and sellers across a range of deal types. Andrew takes a business-first approach — practical, timely, and aligned with his clients’ strategic objectives. He also draws on prior experience in logistics and large-scale family enterprise, which gives him a grounded perspective on operational and day-to-day business challenges.
Tax & Accounting
Perm Persaud
Perm is NVF Holdings’ tax and accounting advisor. A CPA with over 25 years of experience spanning assurance, accounting, and advisory, he is the founder of Ark Accounting & Tax Professional Corporation. Perm has worked across both public and private sector clients in a wide range of industries, with particular strength in helping clients extract and interpret meaningful financial information from their accounting systems.
